Welcome, friend! I’m a hiking, singing, cooking, crafting, writing, Christ-following knitter, nature lover, and shutterbug from central Pennsylvania.

Sometime in college, I taught myself to knit. Fifteen years later, and my friends and family are all overloaded with scarves, blankets, and other knitted gifts – but that’s not gonna stop me.

I love the magic of a single strand of yarn becoming textile. Sometimes it’s intricate lace, sometimes it’s complex cabling. But my favorite is a simple stitch that celebrates the color or texture of the fiber.

I started this with the challenge of knitting down my yarn stash. And I’m using this as the fuel to pursue my dream of sharing my modest creations with more and more people.
